Paulius joined Mako in 2016, initially focused on technology-driven trading solutions and now leader of Mako's global systematic trading division.
Before Mako, Paulius studied mathematics at the University of Manchester, specialising in probability theory and its application to financial derivatives. After obtaining his Master's degree, he entered the trading world in Amsterdam during the 2008 financial crisis, gaining a strong foundation in options trading.
Outside of his professional life, Paulius has a passion for sports, including tennis, basketball, and running. He also enjoys immersing himself in the world of music, attending gigs, and exploring various genres.
