Jamie has extensive experience in the trading industry. Beginning his trading career at Susquehanna International Group, in 2007, where he learned his craft trading Equity Options, he held various roles including Trader for Commodity ETFs, Equity Options & Dividend Futures Trader, and eventually becoming the Head of Index Options. In 2018, Jamie joined AlphaGrep Securities as a Trader, and in 2019, he worked as a Trading Consultant at CIPS. At Mako, Jamie served as a Senior Trader before being promoted to the Head of Trading in October 2021.
Jamie studied Financial Mathematics at Dublin City University, graduating with a First Class Honours B.Sc. before attaining an M.Sc. in Economics from University of Dublin, Trinity College. Outside of work, Jamie loves sports and particularly enjoys tennis and cycling.
